What you'll do
- Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and snacks daily
- create and implement rotating seasonal menus that meet USDA and DSS guidelines
- maintain food counts and meal documentation
- comply with DSS and DHEC standards
- keep the kitchen clean, organized, and inspection-ready
- monitor food inventory and place orders
- follow safe food-handling and sanitation procedures
- accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions.
