What you'll do

• Supervise and coach a Senior Specialist
• coordinate contracting and payment processes among procurement, finance, and program teams
• support accurate entry of contracts, grants, memberships, honoraria, and sponsorships
• track workflows and resolve delays or errors
• identify process improvements
• ensure compliance with policies and requirements
• monitor budget commitments and discrepancies
• develop process guidance and training
• provide operational support for External Affairs projects.
