The Director of Wellness — Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Greendale, WI; pay is $90,000–$105,000 per year. The role coordinates care planning, resident transitions, and collaboration with families, physicians, and healthcare partners to support resident well-being.

What you'll do

• Lead daily clinical operations and regulatory compliance
• supervise, coach, mentor, and support caregiving and clinical staff
• coordinate with resident care coordinators and leadership
• support caregiver orientation and training
• monitor resident health needs and service plans
• communicate with physicians and families
• complete nursing assessments, documentation, incident reports, and care plans
• participate in evaluations, admissions, transitions, care meetings, and quality improvement
• collaborate with hospice, home health, and other healthcare partners.
