Superintendent, Affordable Housing Multifamily Projects

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day site operations for four- to five-story multifamily apartment projects
• coordinate with assistant superintendents, project managers, and project engineers
• supervise framing crews and trade partners
• manage sequencing and site logistics
• ensure safety, inspections, and code compliance
• track project reporting using Procore and financial software
• coordinate with ownership, subcontractors, and city officials.
