The Neuro-Cognitive & Sensory Motor Coach role is onsite in Allen, TX, at Brain Balance of Allen or Brain Balance of Dallas. The position is part-time and pays $15–$17 per hour, mainly Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3:00–7:00 PM, with some flexibility needed. Brain Balance uses physical and cognitive activities to support children with focus, attention, learning, and behavior challenges. The coach leads small groups through sensory, motor, and cognitive activities, encourages participation, and records performance. The role also helps personalize lesson plans and assess student progress, supporting children’s development and confidence.

What you'll do

• Lead groups of 1–4 children through 30-minute activity sessions
• use positive behavior management
• record performance using an iPad and program tools
• help design individual lesson plans and goals
• help assess new and completing students
• interact with children and parents.
