What you'll do

• Monitor inventory records in ERP/MRP systems
• analyze inventory levels, usage, transactions, and trends
• coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• research variances and root causes
• reconcile physical inventory with system records and process approved adjustments
• monitor receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments
• identify slow-moving, excess, obsolete, or potentially short inventory
• partner with Purchasing, Materials, Production, and Warehouse teams
• develop inventory reports and dashboards
• support data cleanup and process improvements.
