What you'll do

• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
• rotate ingredients using FIFO and monitor freshness
• prepare vegetables, proteins, cheeses, herbs, and dressings
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• follow recipes and checklists
• restock supplies and maintain clean stations
• greet guests and provide service
• assemble salads to menu standards and guest modifications
• complete in-store and online orders once cross-trained
• package pickup and delivery orders
• communicate with guests and team members
• assist with stocking, cleaning, organizing, and light prep.
