Construction & Restoration Project Manager

Job overview

The Construction & Restoration Project Manager role is onsite in Hanover, PA, with 30% travel required. Pay is $85,000–$110,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses. The role supports CARE-Property Services’ residential and commercial restoration projects.

What you'll do

• Manage restoration project completion, field operations, budgets, quality, and client communication. Supervise and coach construction and mitigation teams
• coordinate with general and trade contractors
• estimate labor and materials
• inspect properties and work
• review field documentation
• and manage project scopes, punch lists, and system tests. A valid driver’s license is required, and the role may occasionally require on-call work for emergency service.
