What you'll do

• Assist with personal hygiene, ambulation, transfers, and dressing
• prepare meals and snacks according to instructions
• accompany clients on errands or medical appointments
• perform light housekeeping
• provide hospice supportive care, medication reminders, prescribed range-of-motion exercises, bed-bound patient care, and incontinence care as applicable
• use gait belts and Hoyer lifts as needed.
