The Scraper Heavy Equipment Operator role is onsite in the Billings metropolitan area, MT, with compensation of $25–$35 per hour. Martin Construction performs construction work and assigns this position under the general supervision of a Field Foreman. The operator excavates, moves, grades, and compacts earth while operating heavy equipment safely and effectively. The role also supports equipment readiness through cleaning, routine maintenance, and repair.

What you'll do

• Excavate, move, grade, and compact earth under a Field Foreman’s general supervision
• operate heavy equipment including trucks, front-end loaders, scrapers, dozers, graders, compactors, and snowblowers
• operate CAT 627, 637, and 657 models
• clean equipment and keep it in proper condition
• perform routine equipment maintenance and repair.
