What you'll do

• Remove and replace outdated HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air-conditioning units
• install residential heating and air-conditioning systems to manufacturer specifications and HVAC codes
• lead installations with an assigned helper
• start up, test, and troubleshoot new equipment
• meet safety, quality, and inspection standards
• maintain a clean job site and provide professional service.

Why this role

At least three years of HVAC installation experience required; EPA certification or ability to obtain; valid driver license and good driving record. Full-time, year-round position. Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 based on interview, experience, and Maryland HVAC license class; performance-based earning potential over $100,000 per year is not guaranteed.
