What you'll do

• Lead variable project and cost management service delivery for the client account
• build client and stakeholder relationships and the variable-services pipeline
• own variable commissions through their lifecycle and act as an escalation point
• build and lead a team of project and cost managers
• ensure compliance with policies and contractual obligations
• oversee bidding, account financials, billing, contracting, purchase orders, invoicing, and rebate tracking
• collaborate with internal finance partners and regional leaders.
