What you'll do

• Provide dental care to patients
• maintain professional and ethical standards
• collaborate on dental policies and quality improvement
• recommend improvements to patient flow, records, billing, and appointments
• supervise, train, and educate dental ancillary staff
• participate in emergency call schedules established by the Dental Director
• engage in community health events
• contribute to the Performance Improvement Program.

Why this role

Requires graduation from an accredited dental school, a Texas dental license, and three years of post-residency clinical dental experience. Spanish is preferred. Emergency call schedule participation is part of the role.
