What you'll do
- Review drawings, specifications, and plans
- perform CSA and MEP quantity takeoffs
- conduct job walk-downs
- coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors
- prepare bid proposals, alternates, clarifications, and value-engineering options
- resolve bid variances
- maintain estimating records
- support project handoffs and business development.
