What you'll do

• Lead daily restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence
• support customer service and product quality
• maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and staffing standards
• conduct inspections and audits
• open or close the restaurant
• prepare and package orders
• receive and inspect deliveries
• place supplier orders when needed
• maintain operating procedures
• monitor product freshness, preparation, and order flow
• address customer issues.
