What you'll do

  • Analyze market trends and maintain a solicitation calendar
  • support account planning, capture strategies, client engagement, opportunity pipelines, sales forecasts, go/no-go documentation, and committee presentations. Coordinate proposal setup, development, formatting, interviews, and delivery timelines
  • track business development metrics and return on investment
  • support contract preparation and internal reviews
  • coordinate conference intelligence, leads, and follow-up
  • travel as required.
