What you'll do

• Supervise and schedule clinical support staff, including Medical Assistants and Medical Office Assistants
• monitor attendance and performance
• conduct evaluations and coaching
• maintain clinical procedures and documentation standards
• support accurate coding, billing, and medical records
• address patient concerns
• train staff on policies and Joint Commission standards
• coordinate referrals and continuity of care
• support inventory, budgeting, facility operations, and follow-up on patient care activities including abnormal laboratory results.
