Therapist — Behavioral Health Counseling

The Therapist role is onsite in Apache Junction, AZ, with a 40-hour work week; compensation is not specified. EMPACT Suicide Prevention Center, part of La Frontera, provides community behavioral health counseling, crisis intervention, and suicide prevention services. What you'll do

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy
• facilitate counseling and clinical liaison duties for assigned clients
• maintain client records, including intake and risk assessments, diagnoses, service plans, progress notes, discharge plans, termination documentation, and inter-agency reports
• attend meetings and trainings as requested
• support quality clinical service delivery.
