What you'll do

• Assist with daily administrative tasks, schedule appointments, manage call-outs, and communicate with families to coordinate care
• provide parents with service updates and address questions or concerns
• support accurate records and business forecasting reports
• coordinate staff schedules and therapeutic-session coverage
• help maintain a clean, organized clinic
• monitor inventory and order supplies when low
• participate in team meetings and report on operational tasks.
