Leasing Specialist

The Leasing Specialist role is onsite in Long Beach, CA, with travel to assigned properties across the South Bay, Orange County, and Inglewood. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour, plus a $350 monthly auto allowance and monthly bonuses. The schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. The role supports Beach Front Property Management’s Southern California multifamily properties. The specialist conducts property tours, responds to prospective residents, processes applications and rental agreements, and maintains lead and tenant records. The work supports leasing activity and resident placement across the assigned properties.

What you'll do

• Conduct property tours and showcase apartment amenities
• respond to prospective resident inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• process lease applications, credit checks, and rental agreements
• maintain lead and tenant records in Yardi
• and travel between assigned regional properties as needed.
