Job overview

The coach provides on-site technical assistance to child care providers, helping teachers and directors implement effective practices, curriculum, observation-based assessment, and improvement plans. The role also develops training and builds collaborative relationships with community partners.
What you'll do
- Visit early learning centers and registered family child care providers
- provide coaching and technical assistance
- support implementation of early learning standards, Teaching Strategies GOLD, curriculum, and CLASS assessment results
- conduct classroom observations
- develop training materials
- prepare visit reports
- identify professional development needs
- connect providers with resources and community partners.
