What you'll do

• Assist with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, toileting, incontinent care, colostomy care, prosthetic appliances, transfers, ambulation, and range of motion as required

• observe and report changes in condition or behavior to licensed nursing personnel
• use proper body mechanics or lifting devices
• report suspected abuse or violations of residents’ rights.
