What you'll do

• Own day-to-day production support for AURA and Total Access applications, services, interfaces, batch jobs, APIs, and workflows
• monitor availability, performance, alerts, logs, dashboards, integrations, and scheduled jobs
• handle L2/L3 incidents and restore services within SLA timelines
• perform root-cause and impact analysis
• coordinate issue resolution across technical and business teams
• support release validation, smoke testing, rollback coordination, and hypercare
• manage tickets and prepare incident reports, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
