What you'll do

• Oversee daily café operations
• recruit, train, and supervise staff
• manage inventory and supplier orders
• prepare and serve food and beverages
• manage food and beverage costs and reduce waste
• greet customers, take orders, operate the POS register, and handle cash
• maintain cleanliness and food safety
• restock supplies
• upsell menu items
• assign staff side work
• review staff performance
• support café image improvements.
