What you'll do

• Support company leaders and local HR/payroll representatives
• provide initial guidance on employee relations and performance matters
• assist with labor law and policy compliance
• support training needs and reasonable accommodations
• analyze HR data
• participate in investigations and document outcomes
• update job descriptions and HR documents
• audit HR activities and files
• support EEO compliance and biweekly payroll for a small employee group.
