What you'll do

• Purchase, receive, store, kit, stage, and issue parts physically and in purchasing and computerized maintenance management systems
• generate purchase requisitions and follow up on parts not received after 30 days
• monitor and report KPIs
• maintain storage standards and bin locations
• execute material request intake and min-max and safety-stock calculations
• conduct weekly cycle counts and participate in root-cause analysis for discrepancies over $5,000
• prepare shipping documents
• operate a forklift and deliver parts
• communicate with storeroom peers, vendors, and suppliers.
