Service Supervisor — Pump and Lift Station Services

Job overview

The Service Supervisor role is onsite in Oxford, MA. Pay is $42–$45 per hour. The position leads the FRMA Service department’s in-shop and field service for residential and municipal customers. The role oversees daily service operations and technician work to support reliable repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of sewage grinder pumps and controls. It coordinates schedules, job preparation and execution, quality and safety practices, training, documentation, warranty processes, and inventory support while helping improve work practices and expand service market share.

What you'll do

• Supervise and schedule service technicians
• coordinate job preparation, execution, and workmanship quality
• participate in the weekly on-call rotation and work overtime and weekends as required
• review technician timesheets and expense reports
• conduct and document toolbox meetings
• provide training, certifications, tools, and resources
• assist with warranty claims and inventory planning
• maintain authorized service center capabilities and professional shop and vehicle appearance
• travel as required.

Why this role

Requires 5+ years of maintenance and repair experience with pumps or other rotating equipment, a high school diploma or equivalent, and an active driver’s license with a clean record. Supervisory experience is preferred.
