What you'll do

• Manage paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and connected TV
• oversee budgets, pacing, bidding, audiences, and testing
• set customer acquisition cost and volume targets with the Director of Growth
• run creative testing with the in-house team
• support paid amplification of creator content
• build and execute launch media plans
• develop AI-enabled workflows for reporting and analysis
• maintain tracking across pixels, CAPI, GA4, UTMs, and the data warehouse
• conduct incrementality testing
• contribute to demand planning
• partner on landing pages and booking conversion
• report weekly results and actions.
