The Breakfast Cook position is onsite in Oakdale, MN; pay is $14.00–$17.50 per hour. The cook supports Hy-Vee’s Market Grille morning operation by preparing breakfast items for customers. The role prepares food to recipes and specifications, keeps the kitchen and station sanitary, and helps maintain service readiness across shifts. It also includes customer service, teamwork, and supporting other store areas as needed.

What you'll do

• Prepare cooking surfaces and kitchen for service
• prepare vegetables, sides, meats, and breakfast foods to recipes and specifications
• stock and refill hot cases
• prepare items for upcoming shifts
• answer menu questions and take orders as needed
• order supplies or notify the department head
• maintain sanitation and an organized work area
• assist elsewhere in the store as needed.
