• Serve as the primary strategic HR partner to international business functions

• coordinate with Centers of Excellence and Service Centers
• advise on organization design and effectiveness
• develop managers and support engagement, performance, diversity, and inclusion
• plan change and communications strategies
• lead strategic projects
• manage human and financial resources
• build, develop, deploy, and coach a team of salaried HR professionals.
