What you'll do

• Rinse and stack dishware for machine washing
• load and unload dish racks
• manually scrub pots, pans, and kitchen equipment that cannot be machine-washed
• return inadequately cleaned items for another wash
• sweep and mop kitchen floors
• scrub walls and trash cans
• maintain dishwashing chemicals and equipment.
