What you'll do

• Oversee strategic planning, development, and execution of quality assurance engineering programs
• coordinate quality objectives with cross-functional leaders
• oversee a team evaluating processes and improvement opportunities
• establish policies, standards, and metrics
• monitor process changes for cost or waste reduction, productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability
• lead quality and defect-reduction initiatives
• direct regulatory compliance efforts
• represent quality functions in executive decisions.
