Regional Sales Supervisor

What you'll do

• Sell Omni Fiber internet, voice, and TV services door-to-door to residential customers in assigned territories. Plan and execute door-to-door sales programs
• evaluate market opportunities and penetration
• set sales tactics and manage team performance
• lead a team of 10 or more representatives
• conduct team meetings and one-on-ones
• coach sales skills and daily habits
• and coordinate plans with sales leadership and internal departments.
