The role supports events at Ponte Winery, a working winery that grows and produces estate-grown varietals and hosts guests in Temecula Wine Country. The role exists to prepare event spaces, serve food and beverages, and clean up while helping deliver a positive guest experience. It contributes to event service by coordinating with supervisors and fellow associates, following event specifications, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Set up and reset banquet rooms according to event specifications
• attend pre-event roll-call meetings
• greet guests and respond to requests
• serve food and beverages
• replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction
• remove dishes
• clean up after events
• follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-service requirements.
