The School-Age Childcare Site Director — After School position is part-time and onsite at Croydon Elementary School in Croydon, NH. The Site Director oversees daily program operations and leads engaging activities for school-age children. The role supports safe, regulated care and children’s learning and development while coordinating staff, families, and program administration.

What you'll do

• Ensure staff and operations meet state regulations, program policies, and host-school requirements
• plan and lead activities in fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, and homework support
• track attendance and registration
• coordinate schedules and staffing
• communicate with parents and caregivers through the Playground App
• and share updates with the direct report.
