What you'll do

• Plan daily departmental operations and assign work

• maintain ISO quality standards and process procedures
• lead production and coordinate across shifts
• train and develop employees

• coordinate corrective actions with other departments
• communicate schedules and production runs
• support safety procedures
• troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment
• manage process improvements, inventory controls, and standard work practices.
