What you'll do

• Manage environmental design installation projects from order confirmation through closeout
• conduct site surveys and pre-installation planning
• provide some installation supervision
• maintain client, contractor, and internal relationships
• coordinate timelines and workflows
• collaborate with design and production teams
• create installation estimates
• maintain project documentation and progress tracking
• resolve customer issues
• present project updates
• review and approve vendor invoices
• improve processes and documentation
