It combines takeoffs and cost analysis with bid coordination, customer communication, opportunity development, and project handoffs to support the company’s growth and delivery work.

What you'll do

• Prepare material takeoffs, labor estimates, and bids for drywall, metal framing, insulation, acoustical ceilings, and specialty interiors
• use On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid
• review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• communicate with general contractors
• identify bidding opportunities and maintain customer relationships
• evaluate costs and project risks
• attend occasional pre-bid site visits
• coordinate handoffs with project managers
• maintain estimating records and historical pricing
• collaborate with estimators and guide less experienced team members when needed.
