The Security Site Supervisor, Commercial Building role is onsite in Miami, FL, at the Dadeland site; the schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Pay is $23 per hour. The supervisor supports Allied Universal’s security services for client sites. The role oversees site security operations and officers, serving as a liaison with account and field operations management. By coordinating staff and maintaining service standards, the supervisor helps protect people and property at the assigned client site.

What you'll do

• Supervise day-to-day security operations at the assigned client site
• manage security officers and supervisors, including hiring and selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development, and support
• provide high-quality security services to protect people and property
• act as liaison between site personnel and account or field operations management.
