It contributes to the YMCA’s mission and Association goals through program quality, membership growth, community partnerships, philanthropic efforts, and long-range planning.

What you'll do

• Direct and administer branch operations and policies
• plan programs and activities
• promote membership growth
• recruit, hire, supervise, and develop staff and volunteers
• coordinate branch board and committees
• prepare and administer the annual budget
• represent the YMCA in the community and develop partnerships
• organize community support campaign efforts
• support strategic initiatives in youth development, healthy living, volunteerism, and philanthropy
• oversee facility safety and maintenance.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree in human services, social services, business, or equivalent is preferred. Four or more years of YMCA branch experience is preferred. YMCA Multi-Team or Branch Leader certification is preferred. The role reports to the Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer and supervises branch staff and volunteers.
