What you'll do

• Coordinate and deliver quality patient care
• assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
• provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and patient/family teaching
• communicate pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team
• participate in addressing variances from patient goals and implementing solutions.
