What you'll do

• Source candidates through online and networking channels
• meet with hiring managers to identify competencies and qualifications
• conduct candidate interviews
• manage candidate relationships and requisitions
• maintain accurate recruiting documentation and meet service-level requirements
• manage the hiring manager experience through the recruitment lifecycle
• advise hiring managers and influence talent decisions
• support clinician onboarding in collaboration with HR.
