What you'll do

• Create and adjust daily schedules to ensure staff coverage

• guide new hires through orientation and documentation
• organize in-services, CNA certification classes, CPR, and continuing education
• conduct daily rounds and address training needs
• maintain records and uphold HR, state, and federal regulations
• communicate scheduling updates with department heads and staff.
