What you'll do

• Pre-check requisitions for accuracy and supporting documentation
• expedite requisitions into purchase orders
• select purchase-order types and attach required records
• assist requesters with procurement questions
• advise on statewide contracts
• distribute purchase orders and notify Accounts Payable
• maintain a purchase-order spreadsheet
• follow up on outstanding orders
• support Procurement Office staff.
