What you'll do

• Advise on regulatory and corporate compliance
• monitor and interpret applicable laws, regulations, agency guidance, and contractual requirements
• assess compliance risks
• establish policies, controls, escalation paths, and documentation requirements
• support trade, supply chain, government property, security, privacy, and ESG compliance
• coordinate with functional teams and outside advisors
• support filings, audits, investigations, and remediation.
