The role troubleshoots process issues, documents adjustments, and coordinates with material handlers, maintenance technicians, and supervisors.

What you'll do

• Start and operate injection molding machines
• troubleshoot malfunctions, bottlenecks, defects, and quality variations
• adjust process parameters, materials, and machine settings
• document issues and corrective actions
• communicate resin adjustments
• conduct test runs
• change machine and mold inserts
• identify equipment issues and report repairs
• assemble mechanical components under supervision
• analyze processes and recommend improvements
• guide operators
• write and adjust basic robot programs
• operate industrial robots.
