What you'll do

• Cover the front desk during assigned shifts
• greet customers
• answer calls and text messages
• confirm, schedule, and follow up on appointments
• connect customers with Claims as needed
• support outbound calls and lead follow-up with training
• assist licensed staff with administrative tasks
• maintain customer records and office organization
• run light errands
• prepare and distribute communications or marketing materials.
