The Afternoon Childcare Aide role is onsite in Ellicott City, MD, Monday through Friday from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $17–$20 per hour based on experience. Bambini Montessori Academy is a Montessori-inspired childcare center serving children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. The aide supports lead teachers with afternoon routines and activities, helps children with snacks, nap time, diapering, and transitions, and encourages play and developmentally appropriate learning. The role also helps maintain safe, clean classrooms and supports positive behavior and social-emotional growth.
