What you'll do

• Lead and develop 15–20 Design Consultants through four to six ride-alongs per week, sales meetings, and training
• own market sales performance, KPIs, forecasting, and improvement plans
• support recruiting and onboarding
• partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Care
• use sales data and CRM reporting to identify opportunities and improve results.
