What you'll do

• Demonstrate knowledge of spa treatments and guide owners and guests in selecting and booking services
• support daily spa operations, including opening and closing
• recommend and sell spa products
• assist guests with spa amenities
• maintain cleanliness and presentation of spa facilities and report maintenance concerns
• follow departmental, safety, and sanitation procedures.
